Andreas has spent the last 13 years building, managing, and mentoring digital businesses to success. He is co-founder and COO of Greenlight Digital, a multi-million pound digital marketing agency, which has been regularly ranked in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 Fastest Growing Companies and in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. In this capacity, he has driven over £10 billion worth of incremental value to his clients, including the likes of Santander, Legal & General, Sky, and a further 50 FTSE250 clients, utilising his skills, knowledge and experience in branding, design, web development, SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, and marketing technology. A highly respected and highly experienced digital marketing expert and innovator, he was entered into the Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite in 2009, and his views and opinions have been quoted by publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Internet Retailer, CIO, Fox, MSN, eWeek, MediaPost, and is a regular contributor to eConsultancy. Andreas has also sat on the Advisory Board of FF&P Private Equity for the last 3 years, applying his knowledge and experience in digital marketing and technology to the management of a multi-million pound fund. Andreas is also a significant property investor and enthusiastic collector of Jimi Hendrix memorabilia.

Richard is a technologist by background having been a respected CTO for 15+ years for the likes of Stelios (founder of easyJet), fish4, eCommera and PrimeLocation/FindaProperty (now Zoopla).
He has deep Ecommerce experience having sat on the client advisory boards of Demandware (now owned by Salesforce) and Sterling Commerce. Richard has helped launch 16 Ecommerce websites including House Of Fraser, ASDA Direct and Maplin on various Ecommerce platforms including Demandware, Magento and Hybris.
Richard has extensive experience of launching and scaling businesses quickly and has founded three businesses to date. He has successfully exited two of those businesses to date the latest being the sale of TechHuddle to a private equity company.
TechHuddle was born from Richard's frustrations with IT outsourcing and his belief that there must be a better way. TechHuddle helps companies grow quicker and more profitably by accessing lower cost IT resources. TechHuddle has clients from many sectors including Ecommerce, Egaming, Elearning, Financial Services, New Media, Digital Agencies, Property and Travel.
Richard is the founder and CEO of Elasticera, a cloud based dynamic imaging service used by leading Ecommerce websites. Elasticera accelerates the delivery of images both domestically and internationally and optimises images for omni-channel and search engines resulting in increased visitors and conversion.
